Placing an OrderCustomers will be emailed an order confirmation at the point of order. If you do not receive an order confirmation email from us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Orders are considered accepted and completed once dispatched. All orders placed may be cancelled or changed up to the point in time that the order has not been dispatched. Speyside Wardrobe will not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been dispatched. Speyside Wardrobe reserves the right to refuse to accept your order if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation, face shipping restrictions, items are out of stock, or otherwise at our discretion. We do not have to accept your order, and in particular, we will not accept your order if:
- we do not have the goods in stock/the goods in stock appear to be damaged
- your payment is not authorised
- there is an error on our Website regarding the price or other details of the goods
- you have cancelled your order in accordance with the returns instructions below
- We will be in contact with you as soon as practicable (by email or by phone) in each of the above circumstances to discuss your options. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment can only be accepted in Pounds Sterling. Prices are exclusive of posting and packaging costs.
While we make every effort to ensure that the goods shown on our website are currently available at the price shown on the website, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If goods you have ordered online are unavailable at the price or conditions shown, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If a pricing error is made on our website or in the ordering process we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of buying the goods at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we cannot get in contact with you to notify you of the error, your order will be cancelled. In those circumstances, no payment will be taken from you or, if applicable, any payment taken in advance will be refunded.
We reserve the right to change prices on the website at any time.
In the unlikely event you wish to return your goods, we offer a strict returns policy which lasts 14 days from date of receiving your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note your goods will be returned to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same. condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup, perfume or deodorant which could transfer marks or leave a scent on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for resale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Return your product with a covering note stating your reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure the goods are securely and safely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed (minus delivery charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account within a certain amount of days. We aim to have this processed within 14 days, however we will do our utmost to process this as quickly as possible.

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our online payment service provider Paypal, please follow our easy steps during checkout.
You can choose from a variety of gift voucher amounts which can be redeemed on our website www.speysidewardrobe.co.uk or in store. Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within six months of dispatch and after such date, will expire. When redeeming a Gift Voucher please enter it’s unique code at the checkout.
Your shopping through this site is secure as all payment transactions take place on an external Paypal secure server. When you go to the checkout and pay for your order, the address of the Payment page will begin with https://. This means that it is on a secure server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server.
We use Paypal for card transactions. When you enter the payment area, details of their security policy are displayed.

Speyside Wardrobe cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies however caused. The information is provided to you ‘as is’ without express or implied warranty. Speyside Wardrobe reserves the right to remove or edit content from our website and/or to modify or withdraw products at anytime without notice.
Duty and Tax
All items entering a foreign country may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws. Please note that customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges.
